Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer several shipping methods depending on your location:

• USA & Canada: Estimated delivery [7-12] business days.
• UK & European Union: Estimated delivery [8-15] business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or local carrier issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DarkModeLab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Hygiene & Health Protection Exception

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or removed from their original sealed packaging for health and safety reasons.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and North American consumer standards, products related to health protection or hygiene are exempt from standard return rights if unsealed after delivery.

Since sleep masks and earplugs are personal care items that come into close contact with the body, for hygiene and safety considerations:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Sleep Eye Masks & Earplugs: These items are considered personal hygiene products.
• Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is in its original, UNOPENED, and SEALED packaging.
• If the seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we cannot accept a return due to hygiene regulations.

Return Period

• European Union Customers: You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (provided the item is sealed).
• North American Customers: We offer a 15-day return window for unopened and unused products.

Return Shipping Costs

• Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@darkmodelab.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order Number.
• Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for verified quality issues.

Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Once approved, mail the item to our designated warehouse.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the sealed product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
• Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
